And there's some good and bad news from across the runway.

Bad news: Hottest male model Upen Patel will call it quits from modelling, after making his last presence on ramp in Delhi.

Sultry ramp scorcher Nina Manuel does not intend to participate at the Fashion Week in Delhi either.

She spills the reasons herself: "This year, I won't be free for Delhi Fashion Week because I am part of Mumbai Fashion Week and I am also running busy with my TV show," says Nina. Someone's priorities are in place, it seems.

And now for the good news: Some big names like Sapna Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Muzamil, Neha Kapur, Sindhura Gadde and Adam Bedi are set to scorch the Delhi runway. Also, Ujjwala Raut makes a comeback on ramp this year.

While Mumbai walked proud with the cities biggies Rocky S, Manish Malohotra and Goa based Wendell Rodricks, Delhi's managed to gain on Mumbai based Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. The designer duo gave their hometown a miss to be in Delhi.

However, Delhi's own designer Ashish Soni preferred to take his collection to Mumbai instead. As they say you win some, you lose some.
