Yemen has invited Oil and Natural Gas Corporation to set up a one billion dollars refinery on its Arabian coast.

"We have proposed to them to partner in one of the two 100,000 barrels per day refineries being planned. They have said they will think of partnering in the refinery projects when they get an oil block in Yemen," Yemen Oil minister Khalid Mahfoudh Dahah told reporters.
