"We have formed a four-member fact-finding committee to look into the reports about starvation death. It will submit its report soon," BJP state chief Arun Chaturvedi said in a statement in Jaipur.
Local media reports said a 45-year-old man had died of hunger in Champakehra village in Chittorgarh district last month.
However, the district administration had denied any starvation death.
