Chief Judicial Magistrate Omi Purohit issued a warrant against Saif on Friday.

The Rajasthan police's Special Operation Group will now interrogate him regarding the two blasts held in Manak Chowk area, SOG sources said.

Saif, a resident of Sanjaypur-Azamgarh, is currently in the custody of Gujarat Police.

Meanwhile, the judicial remand of another accused in serial blasts Shahbaz Hussain was extended November 14.
