District Collector Kuldeep Ranka ordered the suspension of Mahaveer Singh, serving as SDM Virat Nagar, 85 kms from in Jaipur, on Saturday after an enquiry revealed that he misbehaved with local women few days back while they were protesting.

These women, along with some senior citizens, had met Divisional Commissioner Kiran Soni Gupta this week and complained against the officer.
