Shoes hurled at magistrate; misses target

A magistrate in a court in Dholpur district ducked out of harm's way today when an undertrial criminal flung his shoes at him

A magistrate in a court in Dholpur district ducked out of harm's way on Tuesday when an undertrial criminal flung his shoes at him. "The accused identified as Dharmendra Gujjar, brother of a notorious dacoit Kamal Gujjar, was produced before the court of Munsif Magistrate-Rajakheda when he suddenly hurled his shoes at magistrate Deepak Soni," the police said.

However, guards present in the court controlled him. A case has been registered with Rajakhera police station under relevant section of IPC and the accused was sent back to the Dholpur Jail, they added.
