Night train service remains suspended in Maoist-hit routes

The suspension was announced on May 28 after the Jhaneswari Express disaster.
Passenger trains in the sections would not run at night till 5:00 am in the morning till June 3. A few trains running on the routes have been cancelled, some rescheduled and some re-routed, South Eastern Railway officials said.
Howrah-Adra-Chakradharpur, Howrah-Adra-Bokaro and Kharagpur-Tata passenger trains have been suspended, they said.
