Actor Sharman Joshi joined us recently in the HT City office to share his pearls of health wisdom. For the slender built Sharman, incorporating simple, easy-to-make changes in one’s lifestyle is the key to becoming fit. “If you keep a check on your diet and workout regularly, it will become a part of your life.

You will gradually start living healthy, and it won’t feel like you are making an effort towards it,” Sharman says. He also brings in some cheer for the Get Healthy, Delhi campaigners with his uncomplicated tip— eat a balanced meal and work out at least 5 times a week. “I avoid eating carbs at night. But on weekends, I treat myself, so that I don’t crave for food for the rest of the days in the week,” he says.
