Nandurbar is an administrative district in the northwest corner (Khandesh region) of Maharashtra. This reserved constituency, one of the 48 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra, was carved out from Dhule and comprises six Assembly segments -- Akkalkuwa, Shahada, Nandurbar, Navapur, Sakri and Shirpur.
BJP’s Dr Heena Gavit is the sitting member of the lower house who defeated Manikrao Gavit of the Congress by over one lakh votes in 2014.
