The Kiki Dance Challenge has created a lot of controversy as it involves people breaking many traffic and safety rules. Since it got popular, even Mumbai Police has issued a traffic advisory against it on Twitter, followed by UP and Delhi Police.
While there are many Kiki videos being circulated, this one’s the most creative of the lot. Since its popularity on social media, thousands of people have been participating in the challenge and posting their videos. It involves stepping out of your vehicle and performing a dance to the tunes of Drake’s chart-topping number In My Feelings. The Kiki Challenge was started by Canadian rapper Shiggy who posted a video of him doing this dance on the streets on June 30. Since then, many celebrities have joined in too.
Some videos in the US show people stopping their cars in the middle of highways to perform the dance. In one such video, a person was hit by a car.
