BEST to run extra buses for Mount Mary fair and Bakrid

The Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) undertaking has announced to run extra buses for the week long Mount Mary fair at Bandra starting from September 11 and the forthcoming Bakrid next week.

BEST said that it has planned to run a number of extra buses in the morning and evening, between Bandra stations and Hill Road (Mehboob studio) for the convenience of Mount Mary devotees, from September 11 to 18. About 12-35 extra buses will be run in the morning, while 16-40 during evening. The number will differ depending on whether it is a weekday or a weekend.

On September 13, BEST will run the extra buses on route number 25 limited, 28, 33, 88, 124, 231, 241, 313, 351, 357, 375 limited, 408, 422 and 507 limited routes. It will run extra buses on routes 7 limited, 8 limited, 28, 33, 37, 88, 124, 180, 203, 231, 242, 253, 256, 271, 309 limited, 332, 341, 350, 355 limited, 357, 375 limited, 376, 408, 422, 524 limited and C-71 routes on September 14.
