MUMBAI: The Government Railway Police (GRP) externed 18 repeat offenders, including a woman from their jurisdiction as a preventive measure to curb robberies and thefts. The officials said that those with two or more convictions were filtered from the list of habitual criminals and were served with externment orders, barring them from the railway police’s jurisdiction for a year.
