An airport attendant, in possession of a factory-made revolver and three rounds, was arrested on Saturday by the Khar police.

An airport attendant, in possession of a factory-made revolver and three rounds, was arrested on Saturday by the Khar police.
Om Prakash Roopchand Bajdi, 51, had come to hand over the consignment to his friends, who are yet to be traced, said the police. He was arrested near a hotel in Khar (West).
The accused is a resident of Khar Danda and has been working at the airport since the past 30 years. “We had received the description of the person who would be delivering the consignment,” said Nitin Patil, assistant inspector, Khar police station.
