Hazare went through various medical tests and his reports are said to be normal. His condition is also stable, sources close to Hazare said.

Hazare, who recently completed the Marathwada trip — the region which is facing severe drought — fainted this morning.

Police security guards broke open the door after they did not get any response for a few minutes after he entered the washroom. Hazare was immediately shifted to Ahmednagar hospital.

Sources said he was feeling feverish for the past two days.

During his tour of the drought-hit region, under severe heat conditions Hazare visited places in Ralegan Siddhi where development works are going on, because of which he might have fainted, said the police.

Hazare will be under observation in the hospital for the next two days.
