What’s a star who doesn’t create a controversy every once in a while. According to a report in TMZ, rapper Chris Brown is being sued by a fan for bullying. Marq Stevenson, who attended the 27-year-old singer’s concert in Dallas in 2015, claims that Brown’s entourage bullied him and stole his hat after he tried to get the star to sign it, reported TMZ.
