GANDHINAGAR: The Gujarat police arrested five persons on Monday for attempting suicide in Gondal town of Rajkot district. The five were demanding stern action against a mob of alleged Shiv Sena members who had thrashed four Dalit youth in Gir-Somnath district on July 11 for skinning dead cattle.
