The arrested people are Ajit Shaktiman, an ad-hoc lecturer at Patna College, and Sandeep Kumar Jha, a teacher at Sanskrit Shiksha Board on deputation from Sanskrit College, Bhagalpur.
With Monday’s arrest, the total number of arrests in the case have gone up to eight, including the alleged kingpin of the scam, Bachha Rai.
Jha and Shaktiman were ‘working as agents’ for Singh. They used to manage centres and change copies, police said.
