PATNA: Dismissing Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar’s drive against liquor as a “gimmick”, Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das said it could push Bihar into deeper trouble like the one faced by Punjab and Haryana due to drugs. “The Bihar CM himself seems to be so ‘intoxicated by politics’ that he does not even care about serious ramifications of his crave for prohibition. He appears to be so obsessed with it that other core issues related to Bihar’s development have gone off priority (list),” Das said.
