NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court on Wednesday asked the Centre to file its policy regarding grant of leave travel concession (LTC) to government servants while observing that there were “serious anomalies” in the scheme. “There are serious anomalies in it (LTC), not just with regard to airfare, but generally,” the bench said.
