The ASC began the match enjoying a one-and-a-half goal advantage on handicap. Seconds into the first chukker ASC's Dhruvpal Godara latched on to a ball to score a fine goal.

However after that, it was his brother Dhruvpal who held sway, slamming one goal after another for JPC to demolish ASC.

The former World Cupper scored half-a-dozen goals and was ably assisted by Raghavraj Singh (1) and Uday Kalaan (1). The second chukker started with a foul — a 60-yard penalty in favour of Jaipur Polo Company — which was promptly converted by Manupal.

The fourth and final chukkar was a high-scoring one.

Later, two back-to-back spot hits in favour of Jaipur Polo Company saw them consolidate their lead.

Tarsem scored a fine goal for ASC but Uday Kalaan hammered the final nail just as the hooter went off.

On Thursday, Elevation / Jindal will take on ASC, while the Gladiators will lock horns with Jaipur Polo Company.
