In women's singles, world number three Saina, gold medallist in the Delhi Commonwealth Games and Swiss Open title winner, will face stiff competition from Denmark's Tine Baun and Korean Youn Joo Bae, who have been placed second and third respectively in the seeding list.
Former World and Athens Olympic champion Taufik Hidayat of Malaysia has been seeded second while veteran Danish player Peter Hoeg Gade is third in the men's singles chart.
In men's doubles event, Kiet Keat Koo and Boon Heong Tan of Malaysia are the top seeds followed by Indonesia's Bona Septano and Mohammad Ahsan. India's Rupesh Kumar and Sanave Thomas have been placed eighth.
Japanese shuttlers have taken both the top seeds in women's doubles category.
Satoko Suetsuna and Miyuki Maeda have been seeded first while Mizuki Fujii and Reika Kakiiwa are placed second. Jwala Gutta and Ashwini Ponnapa of India, who won the Commonwealth Games gold, are seeded eighth.
In the mixed doubles, the top two seeds are Sudket Rapakamol/Saralee Thoungthongkam and Songphon Anugritayawon/Kunchala Voravichitchaikul of Thailand. India's V Diju and Jwala Gutta are placed sixth in the seeding list.
Yonex Sunrise India Super Series will take place from April 26 to May 1 at Siri Fort Complex.
