Photos: Covid-19 cases breach the 200,000 mark in Delhi

Delhi has become the first city in the country to cross 200,000 cases of Covid-19 infection after recording over 4,000 cases on September 9 –the first such instance since the emergence of the virus in the city. The capital went on to record 4,308 new coronavirus cases a day later on September 10, its highest single-day spike so far, while a record 58,340 tests were conducted in a span of 24 hours, according to the Delhi government’s health bulletin.
