Rituparno Ghosh passed away on Thursday morning after a massive heart attack at his residence in Kolkata. Rituparno had wrapped up the shooting of Satyanweshi, a sleuth flick based on popular Bengali detective character Byomkesh Bakshi. Kahaani director/writer Sujoy Ghosh plays the role of Byomkesh Bakshi.
