Mahalaxmi Express stranded in a flooded area in-between Badlapur and Vangani following heavy monsoon rains, some 70 kms from Mumbai. Indian navy helicopters and emergency service boats came to the rescue of about 700 people stuck on a train caught in floods near Mumbai.
