Food temperature: Food temperature has to be maintained to avoid growth of pathogens. Make sure cold foods should be served cold and hot foods should be delivered hot. Lukewarm foods increase the risk of food poisoning as food temperature between 40°F and 140°F is considered as danger zone where the pathogens grow rapidly leading to food spoilage.(Pixabay)
