Droupadi Murmu, the presidential candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance, filed her nomination in the parliament building in Delhi on Friday in the presence of prime minister Narendra Modi. Besides the PM, union home minister Amit Shah, defence minister Rajnath Singh and BJP president Jagat Prakash Nadda were present.
