Jammu and Kashmir: Tourists rejoice as Srinagar lays blanketed in white sheet of snow

After a prolonged dry spell, a fresh snowfall in Srinagar has brought much-needed relief to the residents.

Srinagar, a renowned tourist spot and the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, appeared enchanting as the city was draped in a white blanket of snow early on Monday morning. Tourists were spotted enjoying snowball fights while parts of Rajouri experienced fresh snowfall.  (AFP)
