ASI murder: another accused arrested
The Amritsar police, on Wednesday, claimed to have arrested Sandeep Rampal, alias Sunny, an accused in the ASI Ravinder Pal Singh murder case.

The Amritsar police, on Wednesday, claimed to have arrested Sandeep Rampal, alias Sunny, an accused in the ASI Ravinder Pal Singh murder case.
Akali leader Ranjit Singh Rana, Dharamjit, Sandeep Rampal and Gurbir Singh had been booked for the murder of the ASI on December 5. The other three accused have already been arrested.
Amritsar police commissioner Ram Singh said Sandeep was hiding in Madhya Pradesh and a CIA team of the Amritsar police arrested him from a dhaba near Ramgarh, 90 km from Bhopal, early on Wednesday morning.
