Banur heist: Sketches of 4 accused with covered faces released

The Patiala police have released sketches of armed robbers who looted Rs 1.33 crore from Axis Bank cash van at Banaur on May 2.
“Taking account of the scene and with the help of eyewitnesses, police have made sketches which has been sent to police station across Punjab and neighbouring states. All the accused had their faces covered,” said a police official.
Sources said that though police have quizzed over 20 criminals, it failed to get a lead into the case.
Six armed men looted Rs 1.33 crore from the cash van on the Patiala-Chandigarh highway outside the Chitkara University. A video of loot incident had also gone viral.
