Delhi family booked for Rs 22-crore fraud
Chandigarh Police have booked Delhi-based man, his wife and son for alleged fraud with the Punjab Agro Foodgrain Corporation, Sector 28.

Chandigarh Police have booked Delhi-based man, his wife and son for alleged fraud with the Punjab Agro Foodgrain Corporation, Sector 28.
The police booked Dr SK Jain and his wife and son Nischal Jain, all residents of Greater Kailash, New Delhi, who availed a loan of Rs 22 crore from the Punjab Agro Foodgrain Corporation on forged documents.
A case has been under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code have been registered against them at the Sector-26 police station.
The case was registered on the complaint of general manager Rattan Mittal, manager Satish Kumar and assistant general manager Sukhwinder Kaur of the corporation.
