Doctor held for sodomising a 20-year-old youth
The Dasuya police have booked and arrested a medical practitioner, Inderjit Singh (52) of of Bala Kulian village on the charges of sodomising a 20-year-old mentally challenged youth of Kaire, in his clinic on Saturday.

The Dasuya police have booked and arrested a medical practitioner, Inderjit Singh (52) of of Bala Kulian village on the charges of sodomising a 20-year-old mentally challenged youth of Kaire, in his clinic on Saturday.
The victim's mother said that on hearing his cries, when she reached the said doctor's clinic, she saw the man sexually abusing her son. After getting the medical check up of the youth and the accused done, the police arrested the latter under Section 377 (unnatural offence) of the IPC.
He was produced in the court on Monday which sent him to judicial custody. Police said Inderjit Singh had set up his clinic in Kaire on his retirement from the army.
