Flesh trade racket busted, 2 sisters, among five held

The Sadar police station claim to have busted a flesh trade racket with the arrest of five persons, including two sisters. The accused have been identified as Paramjit Kaur of Kiran Vihar of Daad village, her sister, Radhika Gupta alias Ranjit Kaur, Pooja alias Poona, Mohit Mittal of Bagha Purana of Moga and Deepak Singla of Nehru Mandi of Moga.

The accused have been identified as Paramjit Kaur of Kiran Vihar of Daad village, her sister, Radhika Gupta alias Ranjit Kaur, Pooja alias Poona, Mohit Mittal of Bagha Purana of Moga and Deepak Singla of Nehru Mandi of Moga.

According to police, Paramjit and Radhika are the masterminds of the gang.

Sub-inspector Balbir Singh of Sadar police station, said the police raided the brothel following a tip-off. The police got information that Paramjit and Radhika used to run a brothel at their home.

A case under sections 3,4 of the Immoral Trafficking Act has been registered against the accused.
