Haryana: PSCM to handle critical departments
The allocation of departments among the aides of Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar was made on Friday. Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister (PSCM), Sanjeev Kaushal who is the overall in-charge of the chief minister’s office (CMO) will look after the bulk of departments in the CMO.

These included home, criminal investigation, vigilance, excise and taxation, finance, town and country planning, urban estates, industries and commerce, development and panchayats, public works (B&R), power, irrigation, personnel, general administration, forest, public relations, co-operation, revenue, consolidation, chief minister’s relief fund, industrial training and vocational education, hospitality, grievances.
Kaushal will also handle parliamentary affairs and all the matters pertaining to the legislative business, including the legislative proposals taken before council of ministers and issue of ordinances. Any subject not allotted to any other aide will also be looked after by the PSCM.
Additional PSCM-I, Sumita Misra Singh has been given agriculture, horticulture, public health engineering, transport, technical education, urban local bodies, food and supplies, labour and employment, sports and youth affairs, electronics and information technology, women and child development, housing, non-conventional energy sources.
Additional PSCM-II has been given health, medical education, higher education, school education, science and technology, tourism and cultural affairs, archeology and museums, archives, social welfare, welfare of scheduled castes and backward classes, animal husbandry and dairy development, Ayush.
Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to CM, Jawahar Yadav, gets architecture, elections, fisheries, printing and stationery and wakf.
