Ludhiana: Students get swine flu prevention lessons

Ram Lal Bhasin Public School, Dugri, Phase I, held a special session on swine flu awareness for students during morning assembly on Monday.

Students were briefed about the symptoms of the flu and importance of sanitation and hygiene in preventing the deadly virus from spreading.

Certain other relevant precautions and symptoms were also discussed with them, in which they were suggested to contact the doctors at any minor feeling of coughing, sneezing or any other problem regarding respiration or fever.

Besides, students were strictly warned to avoid moving in crowded places and having junk food.

They were advised to stay indoors and take home-cooked meals, fresh fruits, green veggies and vitamin C-rich food. The session was held under the guidance of school president Balraj Bhasin and principal Suman Arora.
