The gangster had allegedly threatened the victim, who was taken to Dayanand Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) where he was stated to be out of danger, with dire consequences after Ghugga got into an altercation with his aide over allotment of a parking lot contract. The assailants attacked Ghugga when he, with a friend, got off their SUV to urinate on the roadside.
