Mobile, smack seized from two jail inmates

On the complaint of the jail authorities, the city police have registered a case against the accused, Rupinder Singh.

In another recovery, the jail staff seized 10 grams of smack from an inmate, Puran Singh. Puran, along with a visitor, Mohabbat Pal Singh, who reportedly handed over the drug to the inmate, have been booked under the NDPS Act.
