Mohkam Singh was arrested on sedition charges as he was among the organisers of the radicals’ Sarbat Khalsa held in Amritsar district in November last year.

He was also booked in two more cases, including an FIR registered against him for disturbing peace at the Golden Temple on Bandi Chhor Diwas and another for blocking the bridge over the Beas river in October last year in protest against incidents of sacrilege.

Mohkam Singh said he was implicated in false cases. He has been granted bail in all three cases.
