Punjab extends submission date of health insurance scheme forms

The Punjab government has extended the last date for the submission of forms under the Punjab Government Employees and Pensioners Health Insurance Scheme (PGEPHIS). The state government employees and pensioners could now submit forms at district Suvidha centres till January 15.

Announcing this, an official spokesman said it had been brought to the notice of the government by the district authorities and insurance companies that employees and pensioners were still coming to submit their forms. To facilitate these employees and pensioners who could not submit the forms, the state government had extended the date.
