Upset over wife’s illicit relation, husband commits suicide

Upset over illicit relations of his wife, a 30-year-old man namely Parminder Singh committed suicide on Tuesday. Police have registered the complaint on the statement of the deceased's brother Gurtej Singh.

Upset over illicit relations of his wife, a 30-year-old man namely Parminder Singh committed suicide on Tuesday.

Police have registered the complaint on the statement of the deceased's brother Gurtej Singh.

Police said Parminder’s wife Preneet Kaur and her paramour Kaka had physically assaulted Parminder after he came to know about her illicit relations.

“Feeling embarrassed due to get beaten by wife, Parminder committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance,” an officer said.

Police have registered a case of abetment of suicide against Preneet and Kaka and along with four other persons.
