Woman booked under prevention of damage to public property act
The police on Friday booked one Rajinder Kaur, a resident of Kotla Fazal village in the district, under Section 432 of the IPC and the Prevention of Damage to Public Act, 1987, on the complaint of the block development and panchayat officer (BDPO), Khera.

The police on Friday booked one Rajinder Kaur, a resident of Kotla Fazal village in the district, under Section 432 of the IPC and the Prevention of Damage to Public Act, 1987, on the complaint of the block development and panchayat officer (BDPO), Khera.
The BDPO had complained against woman to the Fatehgarh Sahib SSP who further marked an inquiry. After the inquiry, a case was registered against the woman. As per the complaint, Rajinder Kaur was harassing villagers and she had blocked disposal of wastewater by putting bricks.
