Official sources said the three girls, aged between 12 and 13 years, from Chirkunda area told their headmaster that assistant teacher Nitish Kumar had showed them obscene clips.
But when the headmaster didn’t act on the complaint, the girls told their parents, who confronted the teacher.
“My daughter stopped going to her school out of fear since February 10,” said one of the parents.
The teacher rubbished the charge and said that it’s an attempt to force him to leave the school.
“People from minority community harass me as they don’t want me in this school,” said Kumar.
District education officer BB Singh said he ordered a probe by block education officer after coming to know about the incident on February 10.
The clip was found in the teacher’s mobile phone during the probe, Singh said.
