Suryah’s character in the film is to be said very interesting. “Suryah’s character will have several commanding mass scenes in the film and will be at par with Mahesh’s role. Suryah has been constantly hitting the gym to get the desired fit look”, a source told Hindustan Times.

Murugadoss and SJ Suryah share a great rapport and it dates back to the time they worked together as assistant directors. It was Suryah who recommended Murugadoss to actor Ajith and thus the Ghajini director’s debut film Dheena materialised. Another interesting fact is that Suryah had also directed Mahesh Babu’s Nani, and his friendship with the actor continues till date.

Ace lensman Santhosh Sivan handles the cinematography for the yet-to-be-titled project, which is likely to hit the theatres on June 23.

Besides Mahesh Babu- Murugadoss film, Suryah has also signed up for an important role in Tamil Superstar Vijay’s upcoming big budget action entertainer with Atlee.

The Iraivi actor is also eagerly looking forward to the release of Nenjam Marappathillai with maverick director Selvaraghavan. Touted to be a horror thriller, the film will be hitting the screens this summer.
