Telugu producer NV Prasad is all set to remake the Bollywood romantic flick Tanu Weds Manu.

Telugu producer NV Prasad is all set to remake the Bollywood romantic flick Tanu Weds Manu, and feels that his upcoming romantic comedy Mr Pelli Koduku, a Telugu remake, will be superior than the original. “We are confident that our film will be better than the original. We’ve presented the story in such a way that it appeals to all sections of the audience,” Prasad said.

Comedian-turned-actor Sunil will play Madhavan’s role from the original. Isha Chawla will step into the shoes of the role originally essayed by Kangana Ranaut. Directed by Devi Prasad, the film also features actors Ali, Dharmavarapu Subramanyam, L.B. Sriram, A. Prasad and M.S. Narayana. The film is currently in the post-production phase.
