Two Californian sisters have delivered what’s being called the most creative and memorable wedding toast ever. A video of the sisters singing their ‘speech’ has gone viral, leading several media houses to report on it.
In Western weddings, relatives and friends speak beautiful things, often in a sappy fashion, to celebrate a couple’s love and raise a toast in their honour. But these sisters, as the Indian Express observed, have taken it to a whole new level.
“Kelsey and Maddie Hallerman were co–maids of honor at their sister Caitlin’s wedding in June, and they delivered an epic, five-minute-long song medley that will make you want to be BFFs with them immediately,” reported Buzzfeed.
The sisters narrate the couple’s love story by singing it to the tune of popular songs like “Give Me One Reason” by Tracy Chapman, “Everybody” by the Backstreet Boys and “Black or White” by Michael Jackson.
In the video, the bride and groom are seen happily immersing themselves in the musical performance.
