MUMBAI: Second seed Joshna Chinappa of India moved into the women’s final of the JSW Indian Squash Circuit Otters International 2016 when she beat back the strong challenge from Welsh rival Tesni Evans in four games in the semifinal on Saturday.

The lone remaining Indian contender got past Evans 11-6, 15-13, 9-11, 11-8 in 73 minutes to book a berth in Sunday’s final against top seed Annie Au of Hong Kong who ousted No 3 seed Delia Arnold of Malaysia 11-13, 8-11, 13-11, 3-11 in 50 minutes in the other semifinal.
