CHESTER-LE-STREET: Nick Compton said on Wednesday that England are determined to carry on from where they left off when they face Sri Lanka in the second Test in Durham starting on Friday. England won the first of a three-match series by the huge margin of an innings and 88 runs inside three days at Headingley last week. “We’ve got to build on the first Test. It was great to be part of that win -- to win a Test in three days is fantastic,” Compton told Sky Sports on Wednesday. Toporder batsman Compton was dismissed for a duck in England’s lone innings at Headingley.
