Dunga sees red over Kaka ouster

Given that pictures convey the equivalent of 1000 words, Kaka said he wouldn't say anything about the red card at first.

“I prefer to let the picture speak for itself. I have already got thouands of messages of support,” said Kaka, of his second yellow card four minutes after the first in the 85th minute of Brazil's group G game against Ivory Coast. Brazil won 3-1 and advanced to the second round.
Kaka was booked for an elbow nudge on Kader Kaieta's ribs following which the Ivorian striker fell theatrically clutching his face. Looking furious while prowling the technical area as Ivory Coast started getting physical, Dunga said a lot more. “It was a totally unjustified dismissal. He was fouled and yet he was punished. The player who fouls escapes the yellow card. I must congratulate him for that. We all like to see a good spectacle but the people who have to control the game have to know what's football and what isn't,” he said.
Kaka got support from teammates. “I am not sure if the assistant referee saw anything, but he was sent off because of the pressure (on the referee). I think the substitute (Keita) came into the game to look for trouble,” Gilberto Silva said. “I think the referee made a number of mistakes. If the second goal was a handball though I didn’t see it, the red card for Kaka was a bit mistake. But that is football,” skipper Lucio said.
Expectedly Ivorians saw it differently. Defender Guy Demel said that Kaka was very fortunate. “Earlier, when a player was on the ground, he tried to kick him. If a player from our side did that, he would immediately have been sent off. Kaka only got a second yellow.”
