Whirlpool has launched its Luxuriem range of premium 4-door refrigerators in India, featuring 360° Triple Cooling Technology and a 654-litre capacity.

Whirlpool of India has launched its new Luxuriem range of premium 4-door refrigerators, aimed at modern Indian households looking for higher storage flexibility, food preservation and a more premium design. The range is headlined by a 654-litre refrigerator and introduces Whirlpool’s 360° Triple Cooling Technology, which uses three independent evaporators, cooling systems and dedicated airflows for the refrigerator, convertible and freezer compartments.

“The Luxuriem range combines superior preservation, greater storage flexibility, sophisticated design and cutting-edge technology,” said Nakul Tewari, Vice President, Marketing, Whirlpool of India.

The company says the new range has been designed around the storage habits of Indian households, particularly the need to accommodate larger utensils, serving platters, fresh produce and bulk grocery purchases. The 4-door layout provides a wider refrigerator section, along with wider-access shelves and separate storage zones for different food categories.

Features

The key feature of the Luxuriem range is Whirlpool’s 360° Triple Cooling Technology. The three independent cooling systems create separate environments for the refrigerator, convertible and freezer compartments, with the company claiming that the setup helps maintain individual temperature and humidity levels while preventing odour transfer between compartments.

The range also comes with what Whirlpool calls India’s Fastest Convertible, allowing the convertible compartment to switch from freezer to refrigerator mode in under 30 minutes. The compartment continues to retain dedicated freezer space, while more than 100 customisable storage modes allow users to configure the refrigerator according to their requirements.

The 4-door design is intended to reduce cooling loss by allowing users to open only the required compartment. The refrigerator also features zero-bending crisper drawers for easier access to fruits and vegetables.

On the design front, the range introduces what Whirlpool calls India’s First Glass & Metal Dual Finish, available as Duo Noir. The refrigerators also feature Obsidian Interiors and Quad Theatre Lighting.

Other features include fully interchangeable shelves, trays and storage components, soft-close drawers, larger door bins, freezer bins for storing items such as masalas, nuts and spices, dedicated freezer lighting, Metal Cooling and a Beverage Rack. The range also includes iCare Expert, which enables remote diagnosis over a call to help with quicker, one-visit resolution.

User-centric features, pricing and availability

Whirlpool says the Luxuriem range has been developed around everyday storage requirements, including accommodating larger cookware and serving dishes, organising different food categories and making frequently used items easier to access.

The wider refrigerator section and grand wide-access shelves are designed to make it easier to store larger vessels and platters. The zero-bending crisper drawers address the need for easier access to fruits and vegetables, while the convertible compartment provides additional flexibility when storage requirements change.

The range is available in premium finishes including Duo Noir, Nero Quartz, Dark Quantum, Rhodium Steel and Cosmos Black, subject to model availability.

The Whirlpool Luxuriem 4-door refrigerator is available in a 654-litre capacity with a 3-Star BEE energy rating. Prices start at ₹98,000. The range is available through leading retail stores and online platforms across India.
