HTLS 2020: India has been reluctant to offend China and adopted a middle course, but this has been challenged by Beijing’s aggressive military actions in the past few months, US Democratic lawmaker Mark Warner said.

Biden administration, senator Mark Warner said, will be open to advancing ties with India, especially in the technology sector and in the fight against the coronavirus disease (Covid-19).
