Parineeti Chopra was born in Ambala, Haryana. She studied business, finance and economics from Manchester Business School. She began her career as PR consultant to Yash Raj Films. She made her Bollywood debut in 2011 with Ranveer Singh starrer Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. She has starred in numerous films like Ishaqzaade, Shuddh Desi Romance, Hasee Toh Phasee, The Girl On The Train and Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. She made her singing debut with Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahin from Bindu. She has endorsed brands like Coke and PepsiCo. She is also the recipient of a National Film Award – Special Mention.
